The spin efficiency rates how quickly the washing machine removes water from your clothing and how much it removes, having a high spin efficiency means that your clothing will dry quicker.
The spin speed of the washing machine is also important as this states how fast the drum will spin at the end of the wash to remove water from the clothing. Faster spins remove more water and therefore give your clothing quicker drying times, clothing will be more creased and compact though so this can hinder ironing. Variable spin allows you to choose the spin speed and this can be very useful as some clothing will handle fast spin speeds and others will not so with variable spin you can use the fast spin when you need it.
The wash load is also important and especially so if you wash allot of clothing, the wash load dictates how much washing you can do as you should not overload a washing machine. A large wash load is also good as clothing will become less creased as it has more space to move around in so even if you do not wash large amounts of clothing a large wash load and be useful.
The programmes that the washing machines have are very useful and you should look at these before you buy the washing machine, programmes allow you to wash clothing in a specific way and they are very useful for specific types of clothing. Examples of programmes include synthetics, silks, wool and many others and they all care for the types of clothing as they are delicate, there are also other programmes such as fast and hand wash which can be very useful.
